Unique Friends News

We have recently attended the parent/carer event at Tickton Grange Hotel, Beverley which was hosted by FISH and EYPCF where Lucie our ambassdor represented our group on her first public engagement. She was amazing and we did a lot of networking and linked in with other groups. Well done Lucie.

We also hosted a taster session at Howden Pre School which was a huge success.

Dates for our sessions in 2018 are now on our facebook page under the events tab. Make a note of them in your diaries.

We are planning to increase our sessions in the next few months to enable our members to access more activities. We are also looking at doing more social gatherings for our parent/carers.

There is lots of work going on behind the scenes planning the future of the group. All of the trustees put a lot of time and effort into providing the sessions etc. We are all excited for what the future has in store for us as a group.

We are looking for volunteers to join us on the committee and to help run sessions. If you are interested please contact Amanda, our Chair on 07713 156232 or via the groups email : for more information.

We have linked in with St Anne's School and 6th Form College at Welton and Howden Pre School to promote our group to the families of children who attend both settings. We are looking at other ways to promote our group and link in with other organsations/agencies.
